Today I took the kids to the doctor for their yearly well-checks. We are blessed with a fabulous physician who makes taking the kids to the doctor a joy rather than a chore. She always takes the time to engage the kids and make them feel special. After listening to Grace's heart she commented that she had a very healthy heart, to which Grace responded "Well, God keeps it healthy because he lives in there!" I adore that 'healthy' and tender heart of hers. Even at the age of 4, she knows that the Great Physician is guarding and protecting her heart. Out of the mouths of babes.

A healthy heart.
