Grace's Birthday Survey

I recently came across a survey to give your children every year on their birthday. Then, as the years pass, you can look back on the same questions and see how much their answers have changed. Here were Grace's answers for her 4 year-old survey.

2. What is your favorite toy? "My strawberry shortcake doll and my microphone."


3. What is your favorite fruit? "Bananas."


4. What is your favorite tv show? "Shawn the sheep."


5. What is your favorite thing to eat for lunch? "Corn dogs."


6. What is your favorite outfit? "The flower dress that you (mommy) gave me."


7. What is your favorite game? "Hi-ho cherry-o"


8. What is your favorite snack? "Fruit snacks."


9. What is your favorite animal? "Zebra."


10. What is your favorite song? "Jesus loves me."


11. What is your favorite book? "Curious George."


12. Who is your best friend? "Brinley."


13. What is your favorite food? "Vegetables."



14. What is your favorite thing to do outside? "Ride my new bike that I got for my birthday."


15. What is your favorite drink? "Milk."


16. What is your favorite holiday? "Easter."


17. What do you like to take to bed with you at night? "Lucy (her doll) and my blanket."


18. What is your favorite thing to eat for breakfast? "Raisin Bran crunch"
